Testimonials

This is a fantastic place to leave your dog and socialize with other dogs. It has even helped with his attitude with people and he is exhausted when he gets home!

Fantastic space, better people! We love the Dog Stop and you will, too. Thanks for being so great all the time.

This is a great place to take your dog - these guys love the dogs at LEAST as much as their owners. I feel really comfortable leaving my pooch in their care.

Meet King

Poor King found himself at the ARL because his owners were moving and unable to take him along. He is a silly, young guy - about a year and a half. King has tons of energy. He likes to go for walks and to play. King had previous obedience classes, and he knows the commands for "sit", "down", and "paw." King could use some help with his leash manners though; he is so excited to go out that he tends to pull quite a bit. King absolutely LOVES other dogs, and he has lived with cats. During his time here at The Dog Stop he has made friends with just about everyone, both people and dogs. He like dogs of all sizes, ages and energy levels. It is hard for us all to imagine anyone, or thing King wouldn't love. His previous owners report that he would try to play with the cats and no problems were reported. King is a young dog who would love to find an active family where he could get plenty of exercise. He loves to play fetch, and he's learning the "drop it" command! Please come meet this sweetie today at The Dog Stop!! For more information about him, please contact his volunteer friend Laura at lauralatini54@yahoo.com.
